To our Inspire clients, partners, families, and friends,
As I think about 2022 and all it has provided to our team and our business, it is important to me to say once more that none of this is taken for granted. The trust you put in Inspire, the hard work we do together and the shared experiences that shape the relationships we treasure are appreciated each and every day.
This has been a special year. Six new Inspire team members joined us, bringing with them fresh perspectives, new energy and smart thinking. Together we developed creative approaches, brainstormed innovative ideas and crafted just the right messages.
What an honor it is to do that every day alongside some of the best clients any agency could hope for; with practices ranging from food and farming to sustainability and government, and from restaurants and hospitality to pets and nonprofit organizations. Sharing your stories – that’s our story.
2022 was busy and exciting. We celebrated Inspire’s eighth birthday. Our team led communications for mergers and acquisitions, navigated crisis and issues, opened new businesses, created labor recruitment and retention programs, trained dozens of leaders, challenged ourselves and others on new projects, engaged media around the globe, expanded into new industries and blazed new digital trails.
We invested in our team, in technology and our communities.
We grew, we served others through volunteering and philanthropy, and we thrived – all because you found value in what we do.
As we gathered around the table late this year for our annual retreat, we reinforced across our team the “Inspire Why”. Our purpose is to “create change and connection through meaningful communication” – and it’s what we live each day.
2023 looks to be just as bright, and we will be deliberate in our work to continue delivering on your expectations, to bring something more to every interaction—and to remember each day that it’s the relationships with you that make what we do such a privilege.
