A Special Holiday Message from Hinda Mitchell, Inspire Founder & President
To our valued clients, business partners, colleagues and friends,
As we close 2021, it is impossible to look back over the last couple of years without being amazed and thankful that we have made it this far. Without a doubt, everything that our Inspire team has faced individually, as a team and in the trenches with our clients has made us stronger, smarter and better.
The client needs that we have addressed in the past year have been complex. From supporting internal communications around the continued presence of COVID to helping clients across all sectors address critical workforce issues, the way we communicate and what we prioritize has shifted. Through it all, we have been beside you, and you have stood beside us. Thank you for trusting us to be on your team.
Even as we remember what has taken place this year, we are already thinking about what is ahead. We understand that workforce issues remain in every client and industry we serve. Our team recognizes that we must be both creative and innovative in how we engage and retain current employees ,as well as how we attract and recruit new employees. COVID-19 taught us much about the importance of internal communications – and we are layering specific strategies for employee engagement and workforce development into our plans for 2022.
As always, our team is watching trends and looking for ways to innovate, create and thrive in the digital universe. We are learning about the increasing Gen Z population and their priorities. We are listening to experts who are pointing to what signals predict change ahead. We are identifying and securing the tools and technologies that will help us help you meet your communications goals.
Across all our client industries, there are commonalities that we know are deeply important: Sustainability. Transparency. Values. Purpose. Trust. Your Inspire team is here to help you align behind those principles so that you can best connect with your critical audiences. Each year, you let us into your businesses, your professional lives, and your vision for the future. It is a privilege we do not take lightly.
When I founded this firm, my primary goal was to be able to do interesting and rewarding work, with smart clients, who work across a diverse mix of sectors. I wanted our team to be challenged, to find purpose and to grow in partnership with our clients – priorities that remain to this day.
Learning from you and what you do and collaborating with you and your leadership teams to best leverage our communications partnership is a blessing, and for that, we are always grateful.
As the magic of the holiday season and the promise of a New Year approaches, on behalf of our entire team, I wish you and those you love the absolute best this time of life has to offer.
