Michele Mooney

Michele comes to Inspire PR Group with two decades of PR and communication experience. Most recently Michele was Vice President at Irvin PR, where she worked with numerous Columbus-based corporate and non-profit clients and community events. She has a history of working with many hospitality and food businesses, including North Market, Whole Foods Market, Worthington Farmers Market, The Olive Orchard and several hotels and restaurants.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she attended Ohio University, and, after graduating, moved to Columbus for a publicity internship with the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association, then decided to make Columbus her home. She is grateful that she has had the privilege to work both with and for some of the city’s most respected organizations and companies.

In her free time, she enjoys barre and yoga classes, walking her dog, cooking, baking and learning about health and wellness. She serves as board member for The Worthington Partnership and volunteers at The Newman Center.

Michele lives in Old Worthington with her husband, Bill, and sons J.D., a junior at The Ohio State University, and Burke, a junior at Thomas Worthington High School, as well as her dog, Casey.
