Flour Modern Pasta Bar

In 2024, Flour Modern Pasta Bar opened at Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, OH, as a new restaurant concept bringing a fun and unique twist on classic Italian cuisine. The menu at Flour combines a variety of spices and flavors from different cultures. Each menu item is made from scratch using fresh ingredients, including shareable breads, salads, sides and pasta dishes. The restaurant is led by Co-Owner and Executive Chef Yash Kishinchand, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and a member of the Rooh Columbus family in the Short North Arts District.

Inspire worked with Flour Modern Pasta Bar to develop a comprehensive media relations strategy to promote the restaurant opening. Media were invited to attend a behind-the-scenes tour and tasting to experience the concept firsthand. Additionally, Inspire developed and distributed a press release to local media about the grand opening and pitched interview opportunities with its proprietor.

Inspire also worked with the Polaris Fashion Place team to promote the restaurant opening with tenants and helped coordinate a ribbon cutting event.
