A Special Holiday Message from Hinda Mitchell, Inspire Founder and President

As I reflect on the end of 2024, it’s impossible not to reflect on the past 10 years. When Inspire began in 2014, there were three of us in a small house with a part-time designer. Today, we have a fantastic team of 20, who bring their best to work each day on behalf of Inspire’s clients.

I thought I’d share a few observations from my remarks the night of our 10th anniversary gathering back in April, which still really hold true as we close out Inspire’s anniversary year. And, from that night, here’s a fun video of our team singing to Billy Joel’s Piano Man onstage with country music star (and my dear friend) Phil Vassar.

My remarks that evening centered around some common themes:

• Appreciation for our team – past and present – and the adventure we’ve had together over the past decade,
• Deep thanks to our Inspire leaders, who trusted me early on and have helped grow Inspire into what it is today,
• The countless clients who’ve become friends, and all of whom have trusted us with their businesses and brands,
• The lasting friendships within my close personal circle, who have been confidantes and cheerleaders in the highs and lows of agency ownership,
• My valued and ridiculously smart business advisors, who keep us running every day,
• Those farmers and agriculture leaders who taught me everything there is to know about the integrity and grit of farmers, and
• My amazing husband and kids, who have given up a lot so I could live this life, and without whom I would never have had the courage to try.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the trust our client partners continue to have in us, for attracting such great talent to be part of our team and for the rewards of doing work each day that is meaningful and impactful.
